Disruptive thoughts.

If you’re reading this it means you’ve hit your lowest.

If you’re reading this it means you no longer value anything.

If you’re reading this it means you too have been hurt in ways that numbers can’t add up to.

If so whose to say there will be better days and the darker ones won’t consume your undisturbed thoughts and continue playing tricks on you.

Who can you trust if not your own thoughts? Your companion? Friends? Or In most cases your family? They all will look at you differently after the first few words slip through the unspoken lips that only whimper late at night while your thoughts keep you up at night.

So, the questions still stand. Who do you trust with your deepest darkest moments in your mental? How can I recover from this shit show we call life? How can I look at someone I love and not say I’m dying inside?
